Each traditional residence hall (Baker, Caruth, Clyce and Dean) is staffed by a group of 居民助理. 居民助理 are the closest and most vital links between the 学生生活 Office and residents. The RA is responsible for the development of the community in their area as well as assisting in the personal development of the students in their area.

In the Jordan Family Language House, 布莱恩公寓, 约翰逊的Roo套房, and the Flats at Brockett Court, 居民经理s are responsible for assisting in the management of an upperclass residence hall community through passive and active programming, in addition to providing administrative support to their building(s). Their main goal is to incorporate an independent living environment within a larger community.
